House Only Venue Hire 

- with catering facilities for a Drinks or Drinks & Canapé Reception £1,900.00

Venue hire option for Civil Weddings or Receptions inside the house, with kitchen/drinks service facilities included. Where drink is provided by the couple or caterer and canapés may be served.

What’s included:

• One pre-Wedding couple/suppliers planning meeting

• Access for the couple to set up on previous day from 11.00 to 13.00 OR 14.00 to 16.00

• Access for suppliers on previous day a 2hr slot coordinating with couple set up.

• A four-hour hire of the House on your Wedding Day – start time to be agreed

• Access for the couple from 10.00 on the Wedding Day – House to be vacated by 21.00

• Access for suppliers from 09.00 on the Wedding Day – House must be vacated by 21.00

• Coordination with up to six suppliers during set up and on the Wedding Day itself is included – excluding: additional caterers and those who require special access

• Use of kitchen space & electricity for catering of a drinks & canapé reception

• Chilling facilities for up to 25 bottles

• One member of Island Hall Staff available on your Wedding Day

• An S.I.A licensed security guard throughout your event

Venue hire for events requiring the house & marquee or tent put up (structure in the Garden daytime use only). Tent or Marquee on the Island for evening receptions with dancing.

• Access for suppliers on previous day from 10.00 to 17.00

• Access to the house for the couple & guests from 11.00 on the Wedding Day until

Our sumptuous Bridal Suite is perfect to accommodate your bridal party, allowing you to prepare in an elegant and tranquil atmosphere. Here, you can relax and enjoy every moment leading up to your ceremony. This comfortable suite of rooms is perfect for capturing those beautiful getting-ready shots, along with ample space for you and your bridesmaids to unwind. Whether you’re sipping champagne, putting on your dress, or getting your hair and makeup done, our Bridal Suite provides the ideal backdrop for unforgettable memories. Book as an addition to make your preparation as magical as your big day!

 

Four Poster Bedroom Preparation Suite

- Wedding Morning/daytime use only

including ensuite bathroom and use of second private Dressing Room.

9.00 – 15.00. (Hours restricted: 21.00 latest)

- Ideal for: Bride & Bridesmaids to dress in before the ceremony and for Bridal portraits

*Price is subject to your requirements in terms of hours and refreshments/breakfast

• A six-hour hire of the Four Poster Suite on your Wedding Day – start time to be agreed

• On-site Island Hall staff members

• The provision of water & glasses

• The provision of Champagne flutes & chilling of a bottle - if required

 

Additional:

• Additional hours at £60.00 per hour.

• Early start (before 09.00) £90.00 per hour.

• Provision of breakfast/brunch buffet – price per head dependent on requirements

Civil Wedding

- use of  our Civil License  £380.00*

Venue hire add-on for Civil Weddings requiring use of our license.

Maximum capacity 80 total. 

*For all outdoors ceremnonies additonal chair hire must be booked.

Get Married at Island Hall: 

  • Grand stone flagged hall is the perfect setting for your ceremony, seating up to 80*
  • Elegant Drawing Room provides intimacy, seating up 30*
  • Sumptuous velvet-lined Saloon provides grandeur, seating up to 44* guests 

(*max licensed total room capacity). 

  • Garden Gazebo is also licensed (max 80 guests) an alternative indoor space will be assigned, as Registrars require an indoor alternative should weather be inclement. This fee applies to all ceremonies including: Civil, Celebrant, Religious & Non-Religious anywhere on the premises.
  • Open Air ceremonies - in 2025 government policy expanded to include open air ceremonies, the sizes of these ceremnies is only restricted by your wet weather back up option. Please enquire re pricing which is dependant on your requirements.

What’s included:

• Two staff members to coordinate of your guest arrival & the ceremony

• Civil Wedding: Use of our license; coordination of your registrar interviews & ceremony

• Use our INDOORS use only ceremony chairs.

Boat Arrivals & 
Departures

Chauffeured Electric Launch

Ideal for: daytime or evening: arrive or leave in style by boat.

What’s included:

• This fee covers one trip (arrival or departure). Boat departure no later than 23.15.

Additional trips are charged at £150.00 per trip.
