Use of your own caterer or refreshments supplier
When a speciality cuisine is required due to personal reasons OR an additional caterer / food supplier for an ‘evening snack / meal’ is desired - a (fixed minimum )4-10% fee will cover additional administration, one pre-Wedding meeting as well as additional pre-Wedding & on-day supervision and coordination required by an unfamiliar caterer to minimise site damage. Please ask us for details based on your requirements.
