Venue Hire for events requiring only a marquee or tent to be put up on the Island.
Island Access only: no access to House & Gardens over the bridge
What’s included:
• One pre–Wedding couple/suppliers planning meeting.
• Access for the couple to set up on previous day from 12.00 to 17.00
• Access for suppliers on previous day from 11.00 to 17.00
• Access for the couple from 11.00 on Wedding Day – Venue must be vacated by 23.55
• Access for suppliers from 10.00 on the Wedding Day – Venue must be vacated by 23.55
• Coordination with up to six suppliers during set-up and on the Wedding Day itself is included – excluding: additional suppliers, caterers and those who require special access
• One member of Island Hall Staff available on your Wedding Day
• One S.I.A. licensed security guard throughout your event
• A luxury lavatory unit is included for up to 130 guests
• Electrical power & mains water supply included
• Sunday Collection of personal items from 10.00 to 12.00
Additional:
• Additional pre-Wedding couple/supplier meetings £75.00 per meeting
• Marquee hire via Fairytale Marquees or Tipi
• Food & drink, to be provided by a preferred or agreed caterer only
• Additional supplier coordination (if you are contracting over six suppliers – excluding Photographer & Videographer) or if your chosen suppliers have special access needs or on-day requirements. Fees cover additional staff or potential grounds protection/damage
• Any Wedding Ceremony: Open Air Humanist @£190.00, Open Air Civil @£240.00, Gazebo Civil Wedding @£460.00, Bolt-On INDOOR (80 max. attendees) @£620.00
• Outdoor chair hire – recommended via your marquee supplier.
• Out of hours access for suppliers to drop off and collection
* over 130 guests is subject to 8% surcharge, over 180 guests is subject to a 12% surcharge on venue hire fee. This includes a third S.I.A. Licensed security guard, an additional Island Hall staff member & increased capacity lavatory facilities.
