• One pre-Wedding couple/suppliers planning meeting
• Access for the couple to set up on previous day from 11.00 to 17.00
• Access for suppliers on previous day from 10.00 to 17.00
• Access to the house for the couple & guests from 11.00 on the Wedding Day until departure for the Island – The Island must be vacated by 23.55
• Access for suppliers from 10.00 on the Wedding Day – Island must be vacated by 23.55
• Coordination with up to six suppliers during set up and on the Wedding Day itself is included – excluding: additional suppliers, caterers and those who require special access
• One member of Island Hall Staff available on your Wedding Day
• One S.I.A. licensed security guard throughout your event
• Lavatory facilities within the house are included during your initial reception
• A luxury lavatory unit for up to 130 guests on the Island for your marquee reception
• Electrical power & mains water supply included
• Garden side: tables, chairs & cushions and drinks reception service trestles
• Sunday Collection of personal items from 11.00 to 12.30

• Additional pre-Wedding couple/supplier meetings £65.00 per meeting.
• Marquee hire via Fairytale Marquees or Tipi via Country Tipis.
• Food & drink, to be provided by a preferred or agreed caterer only
• Any Wedding Ceremony: Civil Wedding (80 max. attendees) @ £340.00. Open Air/ Gazebo Humanist/Celebrant @ £190.00 (220 max. attendees). 

*over 130 guests is subject to 8% surcharge, over 180 guests is subject to a 12% surcharge on venue hire fee. This includes a third S.I.A. licensed security guard, an additional Island Hall staff member & increased capacity lavatory facilities.
