If you should require additional hours for set-up we can offer hours of access at mutually convenient times.

Extra Hours of Wedding Day Grounds ONLY Hire
Initial hour charged at £160.00, subsequent hours at £90.00
If you should require additional hours to top up your House Only Venue Hire free hours, i.e for garden drinks reception following a gazebo Wedding or river boat arrival.

Extra Hours of Wedding Day House Hire
Initial hour charged at £220.00 per hour
If you should require additional hours of House Only Venue Hire above the six allocated hours, i.e for a drinks or coffee reception following a meal.

Extra Hours of Wedding Day Venue Hire Passed Midnight
Initial hour charged at £600.00, subsequent hours at £700.00
If you should require access after midnight in addition to your Full Venue Hire or Island Only Venue Hire, i.e for late departure of guests or suppliers. Please note river boat departure is not available after 23:15.

Civil Wedding Ceremony 10-80 guests £380.00
This fee covers the use of our license.

Get married at Island Hall: Our elegant stone flagged hall is the perfect setting for your ceremony, seating up to 75 attendees, alternatively our Velvet Lined Saloon provides intimacy, seating up to 45 attendees (all seating is included). Our entire Grounds, including: Gazebo, Swan Terrace and dramatic Island 'Set' Structure are also fully licensed. BUT please be mindful of internal room or tent capacities should you require an indoor alternative due to bad weather.

What’s included:

Use of our Civil Wedding License.
Two members of Island Hall staff to coordinate your registrar interviews & ceremony.
75 indoors only use chairs

Additional:

Fees payable to Cambridgeshire County Council for registrars to conduct the ceremony will total approx. £650.00.

Four Poster Bedroom Suite £420.00* - Wedding Morning use including en-suite bathroom and use of second private Dressing Room. 9.00am- 3.00pm. (hours restricted: 9.00pm latest).

- Ideal for: Bride & Bridesmaids to dress in before the ceremony and for Bridal portraits.

*Price is subject to your requirements in terms of hours and refreshments/breakfast.

What’s included:

A six hour hire of the Four Poster Suite on your Wedding Day – start time to be agreed.
Onsite Island Hall staff members.
The provision of water & glasses.
The provision of Champagne flutes if required.

Additional:

Additional hours at £120.00 per hour.
Early start (before 9.00am) £90.00 per hour.
Provision of breakfast/brunch buffet – price per head dependent on requirements.

Gazebo Weddings
There is no additional fee for a planned gazebo Weddings, however there are
some mandatory cost implications to be aware of:

Any additional hours of hire for preparation or on day hire will be needed (if you’re planning an initial, pre ceremony garden reception).
Outdoor ceremony chair hire via Rosetone or an alternative professional supplier.
A professionally supplied P.A system.

Use of Speciality Caterer OR Bar Supplier -

5-12% of caterer’s final bill (depending on guest numbers & complexity of requirements etc)

A minimum charge of £250 is applicable.

In cases where a speciality cuisine is required or a secondary ‘evening meal’ caterer is required. This covers additional attention pre Wedding and on day required by an unfamiliar caterer.

Island Hall only works with pre-approved caterers. ALL refreshments must be served by an approved/agreed caterer.

The chosen caterer must professional and carry public liability insurance for up to £5,000,000.00.

Christmas Weddings.

Numbers for Christmas weddings are strictly limited to 48 guests total, this is because we can only accommodate weddings at this time of year within the house itself. Date options are limited so please ask us for more details.

Enjoy being fully immersed in the magic of the season! A surcharge of £650.00 applies for December weddings.
